General photography is not permitted inside the House for a tour although we have various vantage points within the park that feature the House exterior.

Drones are not permitted on the Estate at any time.

The Orangery

For visitors to the  House & Park our  Orangery Tearoom opens at midday, we  offer refreshments, light lunches and sweet treats. Treat yourself to a traditional Devon Cream Tea or try one of the other delicious  offerings.

Our Labradors Tilly & Peggy love sharing their garden with other well-behaved dogs, however dogs are not admitted into the House on tours (except guide dogs) – not even Tilly & Peggy are allowed upstairs. Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times in the grounds and we ask you to clean up after your dog for the convenience of other visitors.
