We are so excited to share the news that Ugbrooke House has been chosen to feature in one of the most popular global wedding blogs – Wedding Chicks.
Entitled ‘Enduring Elegance in an English Country House’, our styled shoot is set within the beautiful grounds and sumptuous interiors of Ugbrooke House. With expansive parkland and sumptuous interiors, as well as an abundance of romantic backdrops, this editorial is not one to be missed!
Follow our couple as they experience their wedding day at historic Ugbrooke, the quintessential English country estate.
Ugbrooke House, as well as taking centre stage in the editorial, served as inspiration for the shoot itself. The long and illustrious history of the house, through its grand celebrations and lavish weekend parties, helped to craft the aesthetic of refined elegance and opulence – very much a reflection of the style of this glorious house.
Picking out some of the wonderful colours found within the interiors, the shoot used a sage green and gold colour palette, which is then echoed within each element, from the spectacular floral displays and our stylish wedding cake, through to the luxurious bar, and even the gorgeous bespoke stationery. We think all these elements combine perfectly to truly represent Ugbrooke House at its very best.
Many of our beautiful spaces are featured in this shoot, including the bridal preparations within one of many grand four-poster bedrooms, the Robert Adam designed Library exquisitely set for dinner, and our wonderfully romantic garden Pavilion, the perfect setting for a summer wedding. Whether saying ‘I do’ at a wondrous outdoor ceremony, or sitting down to a beautifully styled wedding breakfast, this shoot aimed to transport you to Ugbrooke, and inspire you to dream about the perfect wedding at your very own exclusive country estate.
